SHIPPING COST

Shipping charges are based on weight. As you add items to your shopping cart you might see the shipping cost go up because the weight is going up. Shipping cost is based on U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail rates so your package will arrive quickly and in great condition. If you are concerned that the shipping is too high for your order, please contact us and we will check that it matches actual shipping cost. The following are applied rates based on weight of package:

0-1 pound = $4.00

1-3 pounds = $8.00

3 and up = $12.00

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are currently not set up to receive international orders. If you are an international buyer and interested in buying our products, please contact us first for shipping rates. We only ship USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail, but we can not be responsible for items lost or delayed during shipping. We recommend Express Mail because it is insured up to $100 and has the most reliable tracking information. If you are not satisfied with your item and you would like to return for a refund, we can only refund the purchase amount, and not the shipping cost, and only if the item is in the same condition that we sent it, in it's original box. If you would like to exchange for another size, an additional shipping cost will be charged to ship the new size, we will ship once we have received the original product and it is in the same condition that we sent it, in it's original box. And don't worry, we won't be slacking on packing either. As you can read from our (favorite) customers' comments, we do an excellent job at packing your item so it arrives in perfect condition at your doorstep.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If the item shows up broken or damaged (heaven forbid), or it does not fit or you just don't like it AND you haven't used it, return the item back to us in perfect condition in it's original box and we will give you a 100% refund plus shipping cost. Please include a note stating whether you want a refund or an exchange, and if exchange please state the size.
